Key Insight
Circularity is owned by many but understood by few. Everyone has targets; nobody knows how to hit them. Concrete, profitable opportunities are hard to match. But with access to flow data, you can pinpoint why a region is over- or underperforming — and make actionable recommendations (e.g., "send this waste stream to that plant in the neighboring region").
Recommendation
Pivot away from visualization as the product. Sell insights with practical support to identify partners and opportunities.
Outcome
Founders pivoted toward grant funding.
